Join David Beckham? No thanks

David Beckham American Football LA Galaxy La Galaxy may have David Beckham but they sure don’t have hooped shirts. Marc Bircham has revealed how he has turned down the opportunity to play alongside Becks in LA to play for Yeovil. Bircham explained how “It might be exciting to play with Becks but Galaxy didn’t feel like the right fit and, for a number of reasons, it wasn’t something I wanted to pursue.”

What were the reasons behind this? Family reasons or the change of culture? No, the fear of not looking good in the LA Galaxy shirt. “My wife said I look good in hoops and after QPR there weren’t that many options,” he said.

I suppose when you’ll be constantly shone up by the stylish David Beckham Yeovil would be a much safer option.
